Still trying to get some horns to work on my 78

I couldn't get horns from AutoZone to work so when I took the TA into friends auto shop for shocks he worked on the horns. Cleaned up all connection areas and got some Delco horns. Couldn't get them to sound right, he told me to buy some factory OEM horns. Has anyone tried the sets Classic Industries sells for around $100? Got to have horns on the car for safety/alerting someone from backing into car.

My low note went bad, I got one from the big GM junk yard in tulsa, $15, and it's an orig. there is a horn relay too.
