Go after him Rick to the fullest extent... I get so tired of these types...won't even call them people, that are out to screw people that use eBay as a tool.  I am a sergeant with a sheriff's office in Washington state and we have to hear about this 'stuff' all the time!

ive explored every single option dude. i have even tried to sell it back to my uncle to assure it stuck around but he cant buy it right now.

if so its not a good one. I have started to talk to a few people about barrowing enough money to paint it and maybe stripe it then maybe i'll relist it in a month after it doesnt look like poop.
