different t-tops
« on: November 20, 2006, 04:19:40 PM »
the t-tops on my 78ta are different than the ones i've seen in pictures. my t-tops meet in the middle with glass not a molding. all the t-tops i've seen don't even meet in the middle of roof. what's going on? the roof is original t-top and has not been cut later. is this fisher or hurst?

i'd bet money it's that one. i think sunroofdoctor.com still has parts for those, too....

thank you guys very much. I really appreciate the quick and accurate info.

I was so nervous with those t-tops, but now i know they still sell the glass.

oh, so all trans ams were cut? the dealer never molded to accept t-tops.

on a different note, are there any sites that sell new taillights assemblys?

NICE CARS BY THE WAY!!! Can't wait to get mine on the road!

The Fisher Body t-tops were done at the factory but all others are aftermarket.
