Wanted to Buy
« on: January 13, 2007, 09:05:46 AM »
Now that we have all these new members I'll throw out my wish list again.
Looking for a pair of really nice white lower door panels, a super nice 4 speed console (prefer firethorn) and a jack adapter for a 76 (see pic)
Can anyone say whether this adapter is an original item for a 76 or not?

What's she wearing now? Come on!

No, I keep forgetting about that guy. Would someone either post the phone number or give me the city so I can look it up again.

To answer your question -- I've never seen anything like that before.  Of course, I have a 75 and I've never even used the jack -- but I've never seen that. :?

That iis not a factory jack part. It is part of a univeral bumper jack that was sold in parts stores for years. A factory 76 jack does not use an adapter . it jacks directly off the bumpers. 74-81 use the same jack, 79-81 uses an adapter.
