Found a 10th anniversary project, whats it worth ?
« on: February 26, 2012, 07:30:35 PM »
Hey folks,
Found a 79 10th fairly near where I live and was curious what a fair rate was for one these days.
As of now I've only seen a few pics of what she looks like. Guy is asking $ 5K or best. He has original #'s matching
403 and turbo 350 transmission though it looks like it is out of car. I know the mint cars run between $19 K and
$30 k if the ads can be believed. I attached a few pics to get your opinions. I have a solid 81 that pretty much only
needs paint to be finished so I would probably end up selling off mine to buy it. Not sure if I want to start over
but it's a 10th, only thing is interior pieces are so dang expensive. I could finish mine off for what it would cost to pick
this one up.
Thanks for you input,
Chris

Non running but comes with everything to put it together. Assume engine needs rebuilt and front
seats and carpet will need replaced.  Hope to see it in next few days to get a better idea and then I'll
check back in.
Thanks,
Chris
