Hey everyone,
  This is my first on this forum. I bought a 1978 Trans Am in mid July and am now looking into doing some work to it. I don't know much about it really, but am in the process of learning some stuff and fixing the little problems to make it great. What I do know is that it has 53,000 original miles with the original engine, trans, and rear. The car has very minimal rust (just the drivers fender which I will eventually replace) it is a 3 speed automatic which I didn't want, but I think I got a really good deal on it so I got it anyway. Right now it needs some cosmetic and interior work and I am trying to fix some problems which is how I found this site. I added a couple pics to show what the car looks like now.

I was curious about that too Virgil. Got any more pics of the roof to show some detail on that particular mod??

BTW: The rust can probably be patched, no need to replace the entire fender.

Nice and interesting car! Oh, welcome to 78TA.com as well! My mom had a 1980 Martinique Blue T/A in high school that had twin sunroofs. She showed me a picture of it and it looks a lot like those.

Hey everyone, thanks for the comments, and i apologize for posting in the wrong forum, thanks for moving it. I do not have any pics of the sunroofs right now but I will take some today. I was told that they were a dealer installed option instead of a factory installed option but I am not sure. I am currently in the process of getting information from PHS to figure out everything as the person who I bought it from could not find the build sheet
