I saw that car when it was on eBay. Car went for one heck of a ride.

Picks of that car were posts over at TAC in the ebay section. If I recall correctly, it was auctioned twice. Don't know if it sold or not.

I'd buy it.
Then, paint it black and put gold decals and stripping on it, and sell it as one of the original Smokey And The bandit cars.
Should pull some healthy profit, what do you think?

They did that to a TV celeb here, recently.

He has this really nice classic sports car and they found a crushed car the same colour, similar style.
Took his out of its space outside the studios, put the crushed one in the spot, with a 20 ft container on top of it and parked a very worried looking container truck driver and his rig beside it, then they called him and said he needed to come out to the parking lot NOW.

It was sooooo funny, but very mean, needless to say this guy is known for practical jokes and this was payback from his TV friends.
