1979 ground wire from tach/speedo to???

Where's the ground wire from the tach/speedo cluster supposed to run to?  I have reinstalled the original cluster (it was out when I got the car) but can't find where the ground runs to from the rear (speedo upper right side).

Had the same problem when I put my dash back together!  I just ran a new ground back to a solid piece down by the fuse box.  worked out just fine.
