SE & Goth lettering question

I bought a 78 Trans Am a few weeks ago. I'm very excited about the car. It's a 40k mile #'s matching survivor. Black, WS6. I have the build sheet. I'm going to restore it. It has the goth lettering on the drivers side of the front bumper, but not on the fenders. mines not an SE, I thought only the SE's had the goth lettering on them?

-78 never had a Trans Am lettering on the front bumper, so someone has added that at some point in time.

SE's were the only cars to come from factory with German lettering, all others had the block style.

It's also 37 years old. Who knows how many times the front end or fenders have been replaced in minor bingles or had to be touched up. It was often easier to get the popular SE decals than regular style for finishing touches.
