4 speed problems

hey guys i just rebuilt my super t-10  and installed in my car new syncros bearings the works. also installed a brand new hurst shifter my problem is when i drive the car when ever i kind of get on it in 1st gear it forcefully pops out of gear i have checked the linkage twice and it seems to be ok could it be something to do with breaking in the syncros or something

Check the service manual.  It could be any number of things.

I assume you checked for the obvious:
- Clutch adjustment (gotta have some play)
- Shifter adjustment: this is done with an alignment pin and adjusting the shift rod lengths.

unfortunately, the diagnosis section doesn't list the condition you're having.  It does list "Slips Out of High Gear" though.

Is it only first gear that you have this happening?

for high gear

transmission loose on clutch housing
shift rod interfere with engine mounts or clutch throw-out bearing
damaged mainshaft pilot bearing
main drive gear retainer broken or loose
dirt between transmission case and clutch housing
misalignment of transmission
stiff shift lever seal
pilot bearing loose in crankshaft
worn or improperly adjusted linkage

no it seems to only happen in 1st gear almost like it isnt in gear all the way shifter has been checked 3 times and clutch adjustnent is fine.
