just checking if anyone is interested in a 1979 tata? it is pretty rough & basically a shell of a car but does still have the suspension & driveline. pretty sure it is the original 403 engine. i will try & post some pics this weekend when i go to see the car again.
the cathcer is, it is about to be sent off for scrap!!!
the owner doesn't want to save it & its too much of a project for me so i can't do anything but make it available to members here. i imagine it will be gone in a week or 2. if anyone is SERIOUSLY interested & can make a down payment i can save it, or get the car & bring it to my house for a very short time.
it is rough but i have seen much worse be saved. will need all the interior, rear quarters, floors & all the normal things associated with a complete restoration. has decent suspension & what was a running 403 a few years ago, probably doesn't start or run now though.
price would be very cheap, i'd say a few hundred dollars would keep it from the crusher. will try & post pics & get more details by this weekend. if interested pm or email me asap....it aint gonna be here for long!
