So I got a nice front bumper bra for my T/A with words ''TRANS AM'' painted in white between the headlight.
Anyone know from what compagny this could be?

It doesn't have any markings at all to indicate the company?? Can't help much w/o a pic...

LeBra made them but it doesn't sound like theirs as they didn't say Trans Am on them...you might ask Hitman, I recall he posted some pix of some a long time ago.

Nah, I don't think i'll use it. Although it a convenient for long trip and avoid all the damn bugs.
I like to gather as much info on it and sell it.
I found a tag, but all the writting as gone away.
The bra itself is in really nice shape.

I'm not sure I'd want to use one on my car anyway.  I've heard some guys complain about them beating up their paint when they flap.  At best it sounds like it's a tossup between keeping bugs and small stone chips off the front end vs the wear marks on the paint.

That one does look to be in good shape, though.

Colgan makes really good bras, and I have theirs, but mine doesn't have the "Trans Am" printed  in the center. More like under the driver's headlights.
Mine has screen for the lower vents too.
I only use them for a trip to a car show.
Other than that, it is off the car.
With all the dirt blowing around here, it would ruin the paint fast.
But driving on the highway, I don't want rock chips on my  car's nose.

Hi, just had my 1978 TA re-sprayed and re-stripped. Does anyone know where I can buy a car bra for the protection of my new front end? have tried the internet sites but not found anyone who makes them to suit my model. I'm from Down Under, Queensland, Australia.

There's a few products that are a spray on coating that becomes a tough but flexible film to stop chips, no reason to make your car into an eyesore.
