Title: My 1976
Post by: 1976Blue on November 16, 2014, 01:17:25 AM
Here is my 76 base firebird. Have had it for around 2 years now.
Came stock with column shift and bench seat.
It is getting painted this week.
has a 1973 4 bolt 350

I am having an issue with the car back firing and popping it will not stay running . just started happening
has a rebuilt 350..
could this be a plug? checked the fuel filter that is good.

A Firebird with a bench seat!! what the... :-)
Nice car, I love the look of a 76!

about that pop, sounds alot like a wiped lope, sadly... try unplugging the vacuum can on the dristributor. Maybe it is timing related. A good carb clean/rebuild never hurts either.
