'70 Charger
« on: May 22, 2009, 10:30:20 PM »
I know it's not a T/A but I thought I'd post up some pictures of my dad's charger. He's had it for about 15 years now, and got it from the original owner with the original motor and matching everything. Even the rims are original. He got screwed over on his paint job a couple years ago, but he plans to repaint it himself in a little while. It's got only 42,000 miles on the original motor and runs like a beast. It needs some cleaning up but overall it's a really nice car.

idk which motor i would want. either the 426 hemi or 440 six pack. both are such historical motors. i would have to go with the 426 hemi just because its a hemi. i would LOVE a 67 plymouth GTX witha  426 hemi :)

His has the 318, its a Charger 500 not an Rt so I guess no 383 for the 500. It sounds really good despite the smaller engine.

looks really nice man. i prefer the 69's myself just because of the grille matching up with the duke boys.

NICE!!   I had a project 1970 Charger RT/SE I sold for almost nothing ::)   Man that was one of the dumber things Ive done. Mine was a redish color with red interior and should have had the black hood stripe and callouts.
