Hello!
I have one question to you.
Since May 2009 i`m a proud owner of a 1978 Trans Am 6.6 . It runs quite well!!! Now i want to do some maintainance. I must explain, that i haven`t done any maintainace on a car quite yet.
Now I want to change the PCV Valve but i don`t now how to put it into the right direction. I ordered a new one (its a Purolator PV 679). One side of the rod inside the valve is signded with an "A". The old valve which is still in the car, has the "A"- side pointing to the carbuterator joined with a hose, but the valve doesn`t fit quite well in the grommet in the intake manifold.
Is this direction/ position right, or has the "A" side point to the intake manifold?
Thank you for a short answer!!!
Best regards from Germany!!!
Marko
