Anyone interested? Black on Black '77 TA
« on: December 05, 2010, 05:16:31 PM »
I thought I would post this for anyone that is looking, but it has no pictures available.

Let me know if someone picks this up or if you get pictures.
I am curious to see what it looks like!!
(I don't want to inquire about it, and waste his time)

he said it has the stock ratchet shifter.

if so its a W72 car.   the ratchet shifter started in 77 and used in the W72 Trans Am/Formula and Can Am .   then in 78 the ratchet shifter became part of the WS6 package.

he sent me pics over my phone 2 months ago. looks like a pretty nice deal for 5,000. he was still over 3 hours from my house down on the river so I passed on looking at it.

That's like a 5 hour drive for me or I would have to go check it out.  My first T/A was a 1977 (age 17).  I have always missed that T/A.
