what's it worth

81 Y84 SE numbers match 56K original miles. Did not know 81's came with the inflatable spare nor did I know you could get rear disc with 7 inch rims

Yes, rear disc was a stand alone option beginning in 79'. Just not that many were ordered with the option. Most ordered the WS-6 option as you know, which came standard on them. This is only about the 3rd one that I have seen that was ordered that way. I too thought the stowaway spare was last used in 79'. I could not find it listed on his window sticker as to what type spare was in that car. My window sticker lists it.

I did find that a smaller spare was standard in 81 without having to inflate it. Looks like a discrepancy based on pics.

Appears to be. As far as I know that is correct for 81 with the color scheme

Agree with Mike,  interior is correct for 81'. Always kinda like those tan interiors with chocolate dash for some reason. When I first saw them back in the day I thought it to be odd, but still liked it. Very nice car.

Space saver spare code is N65. Anyone know if this indicates inflatable spare or donut spare?

In that case makes the nflatable correct for this car. Interesting to learn something new for the 81. I had an 81 SE but had a donut type spare with 7 inch wheels/drum brakes.

That interior looks to be in amazing condition! I have always found the  contrasting colors to be very tasteful. Love the browns and tans.

This one may be worth hanging onto for the long run.... With that condition and original mileage....the older SE's aren't getting any cheaper!
