Dash bezle removal?

Dumbe ? but how do I get my dash bezle off.  I see the 3 screws in the top but how do i get the bottom off?

im trying to take my bezel out and its seems stuck on the headlight switch? Any ideas

There are 2 lower bolts and then some C clips which hold it tight on the lower side.

Post a picture.  It's possible that your headlight switch was installed incorrectly.  I've seen this happen once before and know how to deal with it.
