The gauges all come with rear mounting supports that basically clamp to whatever is directly behind the outer ring, That will secure all the gauges in place. As for the work, using that same mounting clamp I made some circles on the backside of the bezel, got a carbine milling bit from homedepot (about $8) for my Dremel tool, and went to town, I had to enlarge every hole and it took the better half of an afternoon to get everything fitted just right, still needed to trim here and there so that gauges were tight but slid right in at the same time. On a side note the bezel is aluminum and that carbine bit will munch it pretty good if you loose control of it, and you'll also be picking aluminum slivers for a couple days if you don't wear gloves, safety glasses, and some long sleeve type attire.
