burts,smokey and the bandit jacket

does anyone know if anyone is re popping burts trans am jacket or if there is one for sale out there.?

I've seen a few on Ebay from time to time but you will pay through the nose to get it.  Far as I know there isn't anyone planning on remaking them any time soon.

I didn't know they made and replicas of his jacket . I am going to have to watch the movie ,as I can't even rmember what it looked like .I also thought his hat was black until I seen one on EBay .Funny ,I seen the movie like 20 times lol

I just found a pic of his jacket,but it's from the sequel . Nice though

update : I didn't know you were reffering to the sequel ,as I just read there was no jacket in the first movie . I thought so ,as all I remember was a red cowboy shirt

Yes, I am in the process of making the replica jacket.  I have the pattern and most of the correct material, I am still searching for a better match on the main red material.  I should have them for sale soon.

I suspect finding the right red material is going to be a tough one . I seen one replica on the net today ,and it looked a little if'y imho

^^ That and the differant font ,and the wong color font ,and the bird look's like sh**,and the red stuff looks like something from a space suit lol

I am sure the Hitman will pay way more attention to detail when he gets his made . Can't wait to see them really ,as it's going to be one of those must have's for me !
