Metro weatherstripping
« on: April 26, 2013, 10:15:44 PM »
Bought some Metro Door weatherstrips off Autozones website back in 2003.
Well they cracked so called Zone. They said go to vendor as they don't have
a warranty through them. Called Terri from Metro a couple times before I got
through to her. Well I was shocked to say the least, all she had me do was e-mail
her a pic of the warranty card and receipt. Received seals today, right at 5 days
after the e-mail. Can't beat that, I highly recommend them, great customer
service. ( Just ordered Metro t-top side seals from them.)

That is why we offer metro products they have a 15 year warranty and always stand behind the product they offer.

They make the SoffSeals too don't they?  Those were the ones I was leaning towards!

No Soffseal is a different company. Softseal is Metro.

Oh Ok So there are 2 different ones, 1 spelled S-o-f-f and the other spelled Soft?  K they are Metro Softseal then and are the better product right?

have heard different views on Metro vs Soffseal. I have Metro door
and trunk seals plus ordered T-Top end seals from them. The T-top
seals themselves I ordered from Summit (Soffseal) They had a great
deal on them at $131. When I get them on I'll let you know how they
go. They look good in the bag, not sure about their service but they
do back their seals with a lifetime warranty.

The Hitman sells Soffseal. Best price!
