Title: Advice? Looking to purchase this '81 TA in Montreal

Not an expert by any means, but really looking to pick up a TA within the next few months and this one is currently on the radar. It's an 81 with ttops and a 7.5 instead of the stock 4.9. Body looks decent but I'll need to fly out and see it in person to be sure. Anything you experts out there would recommend that I watch/look for when I get in front of her? Price is under $20K CAD which is around a few other TAs out here.
