The Tidewater Trans Am Club (TTAC) of southeastern Virginia, is hosting an "F-Body Gathering" on Saturday, September 27th (11:00 - 3:00).

The event will be held at the American Indoor Karting, 2884 Airline Boulevard, Portsmouth, Virginia.  We will be raising money for the family of a Virginia Beach police officer who recently lost his life.

So if you're not too far from the Hampton Roads area, come on up/down/over and spend some down with enthusiast's of GM's pony car.

We're trying to raise a little money for the family of a Virginia Beach police office who recently lost his life in the line of duty.

We held our show this Saturday although I believe the weather did us in.  We had some rain in the morning that may have kept people away, and although the afternoon turned out to be beautiful, I believe it was raining in surrounding areas (welcome to Hampton Roads) which probably played a big part in limiting participation.  However, it was a decent turn out, there were some nice Firebirds and Camaros that rolled in, and we raised a little big of money for the family of a fallen police officer.

























































This IROC didn't actually particpate in the show, choosing to just park off to the side, which was a real shame because it was absolutely beautiful and the interior nearly looked like it had never been sat in.  This is one of the cars I really want and would truly love to own.

























This was another car that chose to just park off to the side while the owners walked around looking, but the neat part was that the owners were Swedish and are here to attend school at the Old Dominion University.  I wonder if this T/A will be making a trans-atlantic trip sometime in it's future?

Nice to seem them all together after being parted when new.
