I was thinking about buying a hood with a molded scoop in it. By the pics the seller gave me it looks to have a harwood scoop forced air from the front style. I was hoping to still be able to put a hood bird on. The measurements he gave me were 26" in front of scoop to front edge of hood and 21" from side of scoop to side edge of hood. It is going on to my 79 T/A so i was hoping to use the 79 bird. Will a 79 bird fit on this hood? I can't seem to find the measurements of the decal and i don't have any of my cars here with me now (storage) to measure an actual shaker hood as the 79's came with. BTW he want $350 for the hood, is this a good deal? Thanks
