72 HO 4-speed value needed
« on: October 19, 2011, 03:01:30 PM »
I'm looking at a 1972 4speed HO car with 37k original miles on it.  According to the numbers section there were just over 400 of these cars made.  The car is in great shape and is unmolested.   Any thoughts??

Yes.

If it all matches and is solid-----buy it.

I still kick myself for not buying a 1972 H.O. 455 back in 1993.

I was offered the car for $1500.

I know it's a real 72.  I have a picture of the cowl tag.  I have not seen the car in person yet.  My intention is to get there cash in hand and have a look.
