Upload folder full?

I tried posting a couple pics and got this message"upload folder full,contact administrator". Am I doing something wrong?

You'll need to host your pictures from either the gallery on this site or a photo site, like photobucket....pictures can't be uploaded directly to your post on this site

I freed up some space by removing attachments over 90 days old.
