Opinions needed badly on this car

Hello,
 This forum has given me  a wealth of info over the past year so i need some input on this.
Found a 79 t/a for sale locally. Going to look at it in the morning.
It is  black with gold sticker kit. It is a matching #'s 400/ 4 spd car.
It is also a hardtop. Has tan deluxe interior. Crank windows. Interior pics are closeups and look awesome!  Has ac, non working compressor but all there. 15 x 8 gold snowflakes.
Paint is incredible , mirror shine. glass perfect, hard to find any flaws . It is a ws6 w72 car with build sheet. Car was redone by a couple. Husband has passed and new husband is a harley guy.
  Heres the question. Car is $16,000. If car is everything mentioned, how does that price sound to this forum? Average? High, low? I know that everyone wants the best for less,
But i do believe if there is something you really want , you shouldnt pass it up.
 I appreciate any replies i have a tenth anniversary 403 car that i paid 17,000 for.
And it was worth every nickel.I dont regret a thing.
 I dont have time to buy a project car.

sounds like a keeper.  if it is as they say it is , I'd say  ( worth every dime )

Looks good. The seats look like 77's. I would check it out and make sure all numbers match buy the PHS and be sure.

Looks decent from the pictures.  If you can confirm numbers matching I'd say probably worth the asking price.

They are standard vinyl seats, and are correct.

^^^X2 It has standard interior, not deluxe. If it's all what you say. Would be worth every penny. Would also be nice to know if and when any engine and tranny work was done.
