My 1979 t/a
« on: January 19, 2009, 10:54:43 AM »
Me and my dad are finally starting on my 1979 301 4-speed car. The paint is Platnum Poly and the interior is Deluxe vinal black. It is numbers matching. We are the 3rd owner of it. The 2nd owner put over $8,000 into rebuilds on the motor ,tranny, and rearend. It has all the documentation and original window sticker and build sheet with vast recepts and service records from when bought. It has NO rust because it was garaged it whole life untel it sat in the black berrys for a month intell we got it. This going to be my first car and I hope to win my High school car show. :)

It looks like you have a nice little project.  That interior should be pretty easy to freshen up and the four speed will be a lot of fun.
Good luck.

looks good man. You have a great car there. I hope you plan on keeping that 301. Its not a bad little motor. The 4 speed should be fun too.

Welcome!
