I bought this 40k mile survivor a few months ago. It's a solid WS-6, numbers matching car.
The first time I tried to start it - it fired up briefly. The carb was dumping fuel all over the manifold. So I pulled the carb and decided I would rebuild it myself.
Couldn't have done it without this book.
At this point I was thinking I bit off more than I can chew.
All done!
Bolted it on and it fired right up and ran beautifully. Except for the rod knock once it warmed up.
I've put it in the garage and my plan is to pull the front clip, & then pull the motor to rebuild.
Here we go!
