This was filmed for a UK TV Cop show similar to your COPS.  Stick with it, it starts a bit slow.
I thought only you Americans were this crazy !!!!!

Wow.  When the woman in the red coat broke away from them the second time and ran across the opposite lane of traffic, then began vehemently resisting them, it was time to get out the Taser.  That would have dropped her without the use of blunt impact force from batons, etc., or the stress of wrestling her to the ground.

Sir English as you saw this when it was broadcast on TV did they say anything about the reason the sisters were so out of it, and what happened to them?

Just curious as I still can't believe what I've just seen :-)

The whole world has a problem with drugs (WHAT CAN BE DONE?)
One of my Dads mates spent 25 years driving trains in which time he had 2 separate cases of junked up young ladies throw themselves from bridges to there deaths in front of his train this took a massive toll on his nerves.
I guess what I'm trying to say is there is more than 2 victims in your clip. :'( :'(
