I would like some input on changing the cam in my 76 f/bird 350 , any advice will help !How big of a job is it and is changing cam brgs. and lifters  and what ever goes along w/the job part of it? Can this be done without removing eng ? My intensions is to swap 2 brl carb/intake and a mild cam to increase hp. Thanks all !!!

Kinda hard to change the cam out while in the car..install requires careful re installation.
Might want to try the manifold and carb swap first and see if the additional power is to your liking.

Eh, just changing the cam and lifter's isn't all that tough of a job really. Just require's more removal of certain item's, like the front bumper, radiator and condenser and obviously the timing cover and all that. But, the cam bearing's would need the engine removed to remove/install those. You need to line them up perfectly or catastrophic failure will result.
