Need a project !!

Ok I have the Gold 78 but the problem with a special edition is you don't really want to go to nuts with what you do to it so I need a car I can go resto mod with.  Looking for any restorable ta / formy / or firebird from 75 - 79.  Would prefer 75/76.  The closer to northern ohio the better.

I got a 77 TA that has a solid body but needs some work. Engine runs great and ideals smoth. I'm St. Paul Minnesota.

If I were you...... ;D

I would try to get one out of Arizona or California.  Just for rust issues.  I just pulled the fuel tank off my 1992 Bronco...a car that has never been in a garage and there was no rust at all on any of the body (looking at it from under the car).  I know it's a little harder to get it back to where you live, but if you find one that is drivable it would be a fun trip.  It would save you time and money in the long run.

I agree with ta78w72, f.y.i. though, Nevada is just as good to get a car from. Stay away from cars in Northern Cali, it's quite moist up there.
