78 build sheet help

Hi Guys,
             I'm new to T/A's and I'm trying to cram as much info as possible. I got a bad pick of a bad build sheet. If I'm not out of line on this. Could someone please lmk what I'm looking at...or not looking at. I found the vin break down info but the buildsheet is a bit tougher. If you can help with original color etc. Car's paint is bad and I don't think it's factory. Thank you.

RENOVATIONS:
You can find original color (paint code) on the cowl tag under the hood (drivers side, base of windshield).

Anything else in particular you are trying to find out?

Thanks for the info but as of yet I don't have the image of the cowl tag. I was basically trying to find out what the car should have per the build sheet and cross that with the car. ???
