The 316610 is the consecutive body number and is NOT directly connected to the VIN build number. It's a Fisher body count.

The 210379 has not been deciphered yet, as far as I know.

The Y88 verifies that it is a Gold Special Edition Trans Am.

Hope that helps.  :D

210379  .............I've seen where that is THOUGHT to be the SCHEDULE number.  Whatever that is.....I don't know what a schedule number is or indicates.

I've heard that too about a schedule number, but no one has seemed to figure out exactly what it means. The fisher body specific numbers may allude us for years to come. :?

It is a T/A. A Y88 Gold Special Edition. Rarer than the black Special Edition Trans Ams.
