77 gauge cluster

Does anyone know what goes to the open screw hole above the speedo, it's just to the right of the light socket hole ???? I can't get my pics to work.  The light socket itself has a ground wire running to the ash tray but that screw hole is just open, when everything else has as screw or stud to it???

I figured out that it's a ground (by trial and error) lol. I just don't know what is supposed to be hooked to it. So for now I've run a ground wire to the dash frame and low and behold I now have dash lights :)
