Hi Folks, I'm new here and live in Norwood, Ohio. I currently own a 84 black and gold survivor Norwood TA and am currently looking at a 78 solar gold Norwood survivor TA. I am looking to see if anyone has a car (Camaro or firebird) that was built in Norwood on January 26th of 78?
I was looking for a really good condition car or survivor with that date or close to it but never could find one. The one I'm looking at now has a May 8th date.
Reason being is I heard they shut the plant down for a week due to the blizzard of 78 but heard of somebody having a 1/26 build sheet. Does anyone know if the workers worked half a day? After researching I saw where the storm hit very early in the morning. I'm sure the folks here that lived through that time period know some of what I'm talking about. Thanks!
Mike

I grew up on Grove and live on Varelman Ct now. I collect Norwood GM stuff and of course my TA is a Norwood build. Nice to see there are some people familiar with the Norwood area on here
