4 speed.  Car looks great after full body restore.  Question, how did you go about breaking the car down to do the restore?  I am about to do mine like you did but am trying to figure the best way to break down.

if you have to replace the quarters do this first, but make sure the doors are hung correct first. that way your body lines , line up. take the hood, inner and outer fenders, bumpers, rad core support off then the doors. gas tank next,  then I pulled the drive line. motor to rear end out. pulled the gas lines , all brake lines. front and rear wiring off.

Ok the seats are out of BMW 5 series, the rear window is a Bullnose one, the front flares i made, the steering wheel console etc are all standard Firebird ( i just re did them ) the wheels are 9.5 X 19 on the rear and 8.5 X 19 on the front and if i told you the wheels cost me $100 because they were destined for a European Marque....

This is a pic of when i was building the rear...

All the paint, body, fabrication etc was all carried out by me.

The problems i have here are
1) Im married with kids so MONEY doesnt exist
2) Im the UK so parts can be a nightmare
But on the Upside im blessed to have great friends on here and some that have helped me more than i can ever thank them and also the fact that need, breeds invention.... i fabricate ! ;)

But what gives me the most joy is watching " Trans am " people here in the UK "miss" the various changes on the car, only one guy spotted them all and hes been into Pontiacs for 20 years, have you spotted them? lol.  ;D
