air condition ducts

On my 78 T/A there are no ducts under the dash to the vents for the a/c or heat. What do i need to get and where? thanks

Ebay.  Geez, someone did a number on them, huh?  Check the service manual to figure out which ones you're missing.  The one under the glove box costs around $100 new.  The others are cheap.
