Hey, my car has these weird locknuts. I'm wondering if there is a special tool to get them off or if i need to cut them off.

Only if you have the tool that matches. Otherwise you're cutting or tapping them off using the notches. Easy to damage wheel though, try a tight fitting socket or welding one on if that fails to grip.

Oh I had a set like that, jam the socket on there, get the lug off, then throw the socket hard on the ground to get lug out. Lol but it did work, only 20 mins a tire. Wrong tools, wrong way ,can also work.
