Very nice, you certainly don't see a Yellowbird every day!!!

Looks unusual without the fender emblems, perhaps they fell off?!

I believe the "Esprit" emblems at least were stick on ones at that point. They would look like the ones on this Redbird:

Nice car and it's great to have you here! It even still has the paint on the tail lights! What does the interior look like?

Just added a pic of the interior. It seems to be pretty good shape but it still has some issues that need taken car of.  Theres a hole in the toe board on passenge side, small hole behind front passenger tire ( bottom of fender), and some rust starting on the rocker panals.  It all seems to be in lower color though.  Not sure what happened to the fender emblems, there is no marks where they should be.... going to get new ones though.  Planning on trying to as orig. as possible.

Welcome to 78TA!  Nice Firebird!  Great to see another "color bird."  I have a '79 RedBird that I'm starting a full restoration on very soon.

Those aren't the original seat covers, are they? They look like they were custom. Otherwise, that interior is in better shape than what mine was when I fist got it. You even still have the gold dash!

Yeah, seats are original.  I need to get a gold shift plate to match the dash.
