I am looking at a 1978 Trans Am that has Hurst T-Tops. Since the build date was February 1978, I figure that is before the Fisher T-Tops. There is also a T on the fourth line of the cowl plate. From my research, the T means it is equipped with a canopy top (t-tops), which it is. However, I just received the dealer invoice from PHS, and there's no t-top option listed for the car. I ended up calling PHS, and he said the car does not have factory T-Tops, yet it's on the cowl plate. Has anyone seen this before?
