403 cam advice
« on: February 25, 2017, 02:05:31 AM »
I have a stock 403 with a dual exhaust from Pypes with a crossover, no cats.  Automatic transmission.  I have the 3711 Edelbrock intake that has not been installed yet.  The car has 3.23 gears and stock coverter.  I have a set of 7a heads that I want to install. What I need is some cam advice.  I don't want a race car, just a nice street beast.  I will not use a Performer RPM, please no suggestions of builds with the RPM.  I want a recipe for a 403 Olds with higher compression and performer intake and dual exhaust and 3.23 gearing.  Thanks
