OLDS 403 preheater shroud and bolts

I need a OLDS 403 preheater shroud.  That is the part that connects the air filter assembly to the exhaust manifold.  I need the top, bottom and the bolts.

They should have been double ended exhaust manifold bolts with smaller threaded stud for the cover.
