All you need is a little bridge to walk over with Frog.

Larry - are you going to stick with the red interior - I might have some red interior stuff.  I know I have some red cloth seat covers in pretty decent shape.  Let me know what you need.  I'll have to check out the shed to see what else I have.

Thanks! But there's not really anything left of the red interior (which itself isn't original) to use anymore so I decided to go with black interior and white paint.

If you had a buck for everytime I stole this pic of the net you'd be a rich man. Thanks for posting. RW

Tin,
I kept wondering why I was getting royalty checks in the mail.  I have more pictures of my car with sidepipes FOR SALE if you want them????  I've even got sexy shots of just the exhaust pipes off the car (they're more expessive because the kids can't see em').
Looks like you gotta good start on your ride and it's coming along well.  Your car will look very nice when you get done I am sure of it.  What color do you plan on finishing her off with on the outside?  I'm guessing you'll keep the firethorn interior?

Hey, Thanks for the flowers. The ol girl will get a coat or two of the original Starlight Black and the interior will be finished in the original White/Firethorn combo. Other than original components I'll only be adding all the power options (locks, windows, trunk, defog, courtesy lamp and trunk lamp). She was built with Rally's but I have a complete set of Honeycombs with NOS caps and bands that I'll run on her for awhile. I've heard that I'm doing this wrong. I've been collecting parts forever. I was told you buy as you build??? Maybe thats why I've hit a lull.

I'm very fortunate to have some hard to find pieces like all 5 NOS GM Spoiler Pieces, mint am/fm console 8 track set-up, the NOS honeycomb stuff, mint 4 speed shift knob, perfect bezel, every single piece for the spare, jack, inflator bottle all mint, etc. I'm just really lucky that I've been able to scoop up some of this stuff.

If I could find a set of perfect lower white door panels, firethorn 4 speed console, wire protectors that go under the sills and a drain hose I'd be content. I think everything else will either be available or repop'd by the time I need it.

I really hope to have her in paint by the end of summer. Keep your fingers crossed and I accept CHARITY via Paypal.

The pics came out good -- all you need to do is to edit your post and put a "enter" between the links, so the pics come out under each other instead of on one line.

Sharp looking car, and one of the few with a Buick V8 that I've seen.

Hey! You mounted a giant chrome shotgun on your hood! Nice! :D
That's the same scoop I wanted to put on my old '78. My next Prostreet 'bird will definitely be getting one.

George, Is that spray on fake burnt rubber or some new compound to prohibit rust on the rear 1/4's?

Just joking. I can't see you lightin the tires up on that sweet ride. But, I'm sure you do.
