Unknown connectors on CCC harness

There are two connectors by the carburetor, passenger side. One blue, the other green. Anyone know what they are for and what would have attached to them?

What year? First thing that comes to my mind is idle stop solenoid for A/C?

Since we don't know what you have these are all just guesses. But passenger side could be blue for electric choke or green for idle solenoid, assuming you may have an 80-81 model, based on nothing. Or it could be green for A/C harness. Or it could be anything. What's a CCC harness?
