Just wanted to share these with you.  Took the TA out today for an hour and also ran it on the interstate.

NO slippage whatsoever!!  I'm hoping that the coolant lines were the problem.  They were laying right on the headers, so the fluid was not cooling properly!  Yeeppie!!

very nice glad to hear you solved another problem.  i love that first picture posted infront of the shed.  and that gas station is very old school.  is it still functional.

btw glad to hear you got the tranny issue figured out ,I never would have thought of that . I have always hated headers and will  never put them in

Nice pictures! I hope you all had fun! I drove mine in to work today. It was great (well, except for the vacuum line for my brake booster popping off as I was going down the interstate)!

Heidi, Thanks for sharing all your pictures.  Your car looks great and I hope you have the tranny problem all figured out.  I know it has been a struggle.  Keep up all the great work.

LOL, well, I don't think I"m sexy........Mike MUST be talking about Frank, or the car, not sure which one.

Mike, Frank called you last night.  Did you get to talk with him?

Also to let you all know, Frank went and bought a trans cooler.  I just can't believe that heat would actually cause the tranny to slip!  Is it that tempermental?

I am just hoping the problem has been solved for good.

Next on the list, is the gear ratio.  That needs to be changed out.
