I don't know if this can be called a redneck car or not.  This is what was left of ab 81 firebird that I used for parts to restore my 78.

Nah, after I stripped it of the parts I needed, it went to the crusher.
I did save the build sheet though.  Not sure why, but I did.

Yeah the work is cut out, I'm still debating if I should sell it or not. Some people want $3k or so for it once I'm done with it. I saw the ultimate '77 Black and Gold hardtop T/A today about an hour ago. I would've given anything for that car. Which I might sacrifice my '79 for a '77 project.

Logikfive, do you have parts left off of the blue car that you are wanting to sell?  it is the same body style as mine and I'm needing a few small pieces.  PM me with any info.  Thanks!

Yeah, I kept everything savable off the car (even most of the dryrotted interior peices, not sure why I even bothered) and I don't even think I sold anything off that car. Anyway, PM me what you're looking for, I may be willing to help unless I need the part for my DKM T/A.

Yep, I made sure that I took everything I could off that one before sending it to the crusher.  The night before it left a guy called me wanting the rear end and the springs, so I sold them for $100.  The rear was not posi and had a ratio in the 2.xx range.  When the flat bed came the next day I had it resting on jack stands, so all he needed to do was back up underneath it, hook the chain and drag it up.  He gave me another $50 when I handed him the title.
