Yes, the color was called Tahitian Yellow.

I believe this is an 80...

Can't remember even though I've talked to the owner several times...

Ohh yeah, original owner, been repainted 1x.

80/81 I think. So the flakes wouldn't be right. If it's a 79 then they would be correct I think. Not sure though.

I know the turbos on my 79 are incorrect because I bought them. The last owner put some trashy rims on it, so I got these rims, and TTops both off of a 10th annev. T/A. The 80 has original snowflakes I think.

If the shaker decal is correct, it must be a 79 as they didn't build 403's in 80

A lot of people put 400's and 403's in them, or just like the 6.6L stickers better

If the T/A 6.6 decal is correct ::), that should be a 1979 with the 4spd 400.  If it had the 403, in 1979 it should say 6.6 litre and be an automatic.  Then again, it could be an 1980 with the T/A 6.6 call out and non original 400? or someone could have put in a 403?  Now I'm confused ;)  Hope that helps? ::) :)

In 1980 and 1981, they only came with the 301, the 305, or the 301 Trubo.  The decal kits come default with the T/A 6.6 shaker decals.  So most of the time, the people just throw those on there because they come in the kit.
