how big of a deal is this swap gonna be , are the adaptor motor mounts all i need , or should i just sell this motor and look for one that will just bolt in ?

Ive considered a '69 350. When I was asking around about it everyone said it should bolt right in. I don't think that you would have any clearance issues.

I hear ya on that one. I should mention that my car is an automatic so I can't really speak on your 4 speed. You already have the motor so I would say just lower it in and find out. Good luck

Intake should fit. Timing cover might i THINK but i'm not sure. Seems to me there might have been two styles and it had something to do with the balancer.
