1980 turbo trans am

I've got a guy looking to sell me one of these, but he tells me that its got a 400 block in it. I'll post the pictures he's sent me so far, and he tells me that the hood, fenders, and bumper aren't bolted on but they are in the pictures. This car also isn't running at the moment, but I am curious to know what you guys think this car may be worth as it sits, he's asking 800 for it, and how much it would be worth all put together and running.

 That is a parts car, especially with a non running transplanted engine.

 A few hundred maybe...
